La Table des Cordeliers in Condom
We discovered this restaurant in the beautiful town of Condom in Gascony.
The chef, Éric Sampietro, has taken the risk of proposing an all-vegetarian menu which, actually, was better than the fish and meat menu, at least to our liking (we tried both menus).
